This position is for a gifted leader who is passionate about creating and overseeing a ministry that inspires the church and family to combine their influences to teach children about a God who loves them and wants to have a personal relationship with each one of them.
This leader will support, equip and empower volunteers to “lead small” as they serve children ages birth - 5th grade.

CenterPoint Church is a thriving, multi-campus church with a mission to reach every person from Brooklyn to Montauk. As our broadcast and largest campus, Massapequa plays a vital role in that mission, hosting over 1,500 people each week.
We’re seeking a high-capacity, spiritually grounded leader to serve as Executive Pastor of the Massapequa Campus. Someone who can steward its health, strengthen its staff, and help the campus flourish in its next season of growth. This person will build systems that serve people, lead with relational wisdom, and work alongside Pastor Brian and the Executive Team to advance CenterPoint’s mission with clarity and unity.
