A member of the church is looking for a roommate. The landlord is another member of the church. The home is a ranch located mid-block on Toronto Ave. in Massapequa.

It has 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room, living room, dining room, kitchen (all brand new on the inside).  She is there with her two children; a college boy and high school girl. Her roommate is moving out in June. She cannot afford the whole house on her own, but wants to stay near the church and the Plainedge school district.  She would like to find someone to share the house with her.

This person would have the Master bedroom and private bathroom (new) to themselves, and would share the  living room dining room, kitchen, and yard. The home has a full, unfinished basement with a washer/dryer, plenty of storage and a pool table.
